As our team grows, we’re on the lookout for experienced Freelance Bidders who can confidently pitch our services on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring motivated and detail-oriented bidding professionals who understand how to attract quality clients through personalized and thoughtful proposals. You’ll work closely with our internal team to align your bids with our technical strengths, ensuring that leads are not only relevant but also valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for new projects and bid daily on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance marketplaces.
• Craft customized proposals tailored to each client’s needs – no copy-paste templates.
• Evaluate project listings to identify high-quality, relevant leads.
• Maintain regular communication with potential clients and handle follow-ups professionally.
• Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to understand the scope of services offered.
• Keep detailed records of submitted proposals, status updates, and responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in online bidding, preferably within a digital agency environment.
• Excellent written communication skills and command of professional English.
• Familiarity with IT services like website design, app development, SEO, digital marketing, etc.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and project management software (Trello, ClickUp, etc.).

Bonus If You Have:

• A maintained work portfolio or past winning proposals.
• Willingness to attend on-site meetings (if needed) in Karachi.
