As an Upwork Bidder Expert, you will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting winning proposals, securing projects, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write customized, clear, and persuasive proposals to win projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and timelines while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with Axcel’s capabilities.
- Track daily bidding activity, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients for repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
- Solid understanding of IT services: Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to draft professional and tailored proposals for each client.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and client interactions simultaneously.
