Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training in maintenance of Royal Navy External Communication Systems.
- Support the Royal Navy Weapon Engineering (WE) Capability Training Unit.
- Use data and performance feedback to improve training outcomes.
- Identify and share best practices across training sites.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all training programs.
- Meet performance standards and ensure effective delivery of training objectives.
- Represent the needs of Royal Navy trainees and coordinate with technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Hands-on experience working with or maintaining modern Royal Navy External Communications Systems.
- Ability to deliver structured technical training in a classroom or workshop setting.
- Strong understanding of communication protocols and maintenance standards.
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC Level).
Desirable:
- Experience with cryptographic system maintenance.
- Level 4 Teaching Certificate or willingness to complete internal instructor training.
- Background in Royal Navy Weapon Engineering or similar defense communication systems.
- Experience maintaining RF and External Communications equipment in military settings.
