Key Responsibilities

1. Campus & Community Security

  • Ensure the safety of students, parents, staff, and visitors.
  • Oversee security at expatriate residences and during commutes.
  • Manage visitor screening at school gates.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement security SOPs.
  • Lead emergency drills and safety exercises.

2. Security Systems & Infrastructure

  • Monitor and maintain CCTV, alarms, intercoms, gates, locks, and fire safety equipment.
  • Safeguard vehicles, classrooms, offices, gyms, and fields.
  • Conduct inspections of boundary walls and facilities.

3. Guard Force Management

  • Supervise and train security guards.
  • Develop guard rosters, duty shifts, and protocols.
  • Carry out surprise inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with police and external agencies when required.

4. Communication & Reporting

  • Provide real-time security updates to leadership.
  • Report incidents immediately to the Principal.
  • Prepare weekly and annual reports, including threat assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, drills, and external communication.

5. Emergency & Crisis Management

  • Lead during crises such as fire, bomb threats, intruder alerts, or medical emergencies.
  • Develop and train evacuation procedures.
  • Ensure the safety of students, staff, and expatriates during unforeseen situations.

6. Professional Conduct

  • Maintain professional relationships with parents, students, and staff.
  • Avoid involvement in student disciplinary matters (strictly security role).
  • Guide expatriates on safe travel practices in the city.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Ex-commissioned officer (Pakistan Navy – Lieutenant or below / Pakistan Air Force – Flight Lieutenant or below) with Naval Police or Air Force Police background.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Military Academy training also acceptable).
