A leading healthcare organization in Karachi is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in pharmacy services, team management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure accurate prescription dispensing and inventory control.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams for effective medication management.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve prescription or insurance issues.
• Monitor and manage the pharmacy’s budget and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, medications, and new therapies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulations.
• Develop policies to enhance efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• Pharm-D degree (required).
• MBA in Healthcare Management (preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of pharmacy experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and pharmacy best practices.
• Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
