About the Role

ideaForge, a leader in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, is hiring a Government Relations Manager (Business Development) to strengthen collaboration with policymakers, ministries, and defense stakeholders. This role is perfect for professionals with military, security, or policy backgrounds who want to contribute to India’s defense technology growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and engage with government stakeholders, ministries, consultants, and partners.
• Drive policy advocacy in collaboration with forums, associations, and authorities.
• Build strong networks with Homeland Security, central, and state-level agencies.
• Track policy updates impacting UAVs and defense technology adoption.
• Prepare white papers and solution documents to advance policy and business goals.

Qualifications

• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in Indian Armed Forces, SSC, or related roles.
• Executive programs from reputed institutions preferred.
• Specialized defense training (NSG Commando, Combat Team Course, etc.) is an advantage.

Skills Needed

• Led large-scale deployments of 100+ personnel.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional and collaborative teams.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills with senior authorities.
• Business development acumen and government liaison expertise.
