Flapen, a fast-growing global Amazon e-commerce brand management company, is hiring an Amazon Private Label Brand Manager for its remote-first team in Pakistan. This role is perfect for professionals who have managed Amazon brands, launched private-label products, and optimized PPC campaigns.

As a Brand Manager, you’ll take full ownership of one or more Amazon brands—driving revenue, increasing profitability, and scaling new product launches.

Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Brand Manager at Flapen, you will:

• Manage listings, marketplace performance, and brand strategy.
• Launch private-label products (from idea → execution).
• Track KPIs like TACOS, ACoS, CVR, sales growth, and profitability.
• Collaborate with PPC, Creative, Sourcing, and Operations teams.
• Lead client communication via Slack and Zoom.
• Monitor risks, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.
• Use ClickUp to manage daily workflows and deadlines.

Requirements (Who Can Apply?)

✅ Experience in Amazon brand management (agency, brand-side, or aggregator).
✅ Strong knowledge of product launches, PPC campaigns, and listing optimization.
✅ Familiarity with Amazon tools (Helium10, Ads Console, forecasting metrics).
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote, async team.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (client-facing).
✅ Organized, reliable, and self-driven.
