What is TechBasics101?

TechBasics101 is a job board where employers and recruiters post open positions. We publish job listings and help connect candidates to employers. We do not hire candidates directly.

How do I post a job?

Create an employer account, then go to your dashboard and click “Post a Job.” Fill in the job title, description, location, job type, and application method. Preview and publish. If you need help, contact support.

How much does posting cost?

Basic job postings may be free. We also offer paid upgrades like featured listings and priority placement. Current rates are listed on the Post a Job page. Contact us for custom packages.

How long will my job stay listed?

Standard listings stay live for 30 days by default. You can renew or extend a listing from your dashboard. Paid upgrades may have different durations — check the post form for exact terms.

How do applicants apply?

Each job post explains how to apply. Applications may be sent to an employer email, redirected to an external application form, or collected through our site if the employer enables on-site applications.

How do I edit or remove a job?

Log into your employer account, open “My Jobs,” then choose Edit, Deactivate, or Delete for the specific listing.

What job types are allowed?

We accept full-time, part-time, contract, freelance, internship, and remote roles. All listings must follow our Terms of Service and local laws.

How do you handle scams or fraudulent listings?

We review reports from users and remove listings that violate our rules. If a listing looks suspicious, don’t share personal info and report it to us immediately via the Contact page.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds for paid features are handled case by case. Email support with your order details and reason for the request and we will review it promptly.
