Amazon Brand Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Brand Manager to take full ownership of one or more eCommerce brands under our growing portfolio. You’ll serve as the general manager—strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling product lines from concept to conversion. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, hands-on Amazon marketplace experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned brand(s) and drive revenue, profitability, and performance across the Amazon platform
  • Lead marketplace strategy, product listings, and sales funnel execution
  • Collaborate with internal departments—PPC, Creative, Sourcing, and Operations—to align on targets and hit KPIs
  • Monitor and continuously optimize key metrics including TACOS, ACoS, profit margins, and conversion rates
  • Manage product launch lifecycles: from research and development to go-live
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients via Slack and Zoom
  • Maintain progress using ClickUp and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities or operational risks and respond with data-driven action

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end Amazon brand performance (brand-side, agency, or aggregator)
  • Expertise in Amazon advertising strategy, product launches, and profitability analysis
  • Strong understanding of Amazon-specific metrics such as TACOS, ACoS, CVR, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently without hand-holding
  • Comfortable managing remote workflows and asynchronous communication
  • Fluent in English and confident in client-facing roles

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Experience managing private-label Amazon brands
  • Familiarity with Helium10, Amazon Ads Console, and copywriting tools
  • Understanding of sourcing and creative development processes
