Job Overview
The Healthcare Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. This includes identifying, screening, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals for clients in the UK.
The role also requires close communication with both candidates and clients to make sure every placement meets expectations and deadlines.
You’ll work with a team of recruiters and administrators to manage job boards, applications, and interviews — ensuring smooth operations and a professional experience for every candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals for UK placements.
- Handle the full recruitment process: shortlisting, interviewing, and document verification.
- Maintain strong communication with healthcare clients and understand their staffing needs.
- Update candidate information in recruitment software and job portals.
- Ensure compliance with UK recruitment standards and company policies.
- Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and UK employers.
- Coordinate onboarding, visa documentation, and reference checks.
- Keep records organized and assist in reporting and daily tracking.
- Support senior recruiters and management with new hiring campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably healthcare.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and online job platforms.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confidence in communicating with UK-based clients and professionals.
- A professional and positive attitude under pressure.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in international or healthcare recruitment.
- Understanding of UK healthcare systems and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Prior experience handling overseas placement documentation.
Work Environment and Schedule
- On-site position at YPIK Global Lahore Office.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Pakistan Time).
- May require short meetings with UK teams in the evening.
- Professional office environment with a dedicated workspace and performance support tools.
